BeeCube beginning

BeeCube beginning was first realised in Lisbon, where various people in public places were asked to draw an important memory of their life; the first that came to their mind. Some time later they were invited to my studio to finish the process and to speak about their drawings and feelings while their work was melted by the flame of a candle. Some people particularly moved as their drawing recounted some unpleasant moments of their lives. The work, besides being a form of drawing, became an experience of dialogue and control of one's emotions. This moment of sharing was also done in groups of four people around a small table.
